As a boutique firm, we offer clients a superior recruiting experience that is not only hands on with every project, but efficient and cost effective. We specialize in retained executive management assignments for the middle markets with extensive experience in private equity backed businesses and other privately held companies. Our clients include family owned, public and private equity and venture capital portfolio companies. We have experience across a broad array of industries and primarily serve the industrial, manufacturing, consumer, packaging, distribution and business services.

Jamie serves as the Managing Director and is a founding member of the firm. Prior, he co-founded and was Managing Director of Laramie Group LLC.
Maggie LeFevour
Maggie leads research for Frontage Search Partners. She is responsible for market mapping and developing candidate pipelines.
PAT CONWAY
Pat serves as Search Consultant Partner and is a founding member of the firm. He is responsible for client development, as well as executing senior level search assignments for the firm.
