Jamie serves as the Managing Director and is a founding member of the firm. Prior, he co-founded and was Managing Director of Laramie Group LLC.
Maggie leads research for Frontage Search Partners. She is responsible for market mapping and developing candidate pipelines.
Pat serves as Search Consultant Partner and is a founding member of the firm. He is responsible for client development, as well as executing senior level search assignments for the firm.
Michael serves as a Principal for Frontage Search Partners. In this role he is responsible for client engagement and development and working with research to develop executive recruiting plans.
